yes, every time the phone booted up i could get to where you recalibrate the screen then it would reboot again.....over and over. i took the battery out so it wouldn't go dead, brought it to the store and no one had one for an exchange so i called the insurance directly, cause i got TEP. they said they would send me a new phone, diamond or pro. i would rather have the diamond but went with the pro for the sd capability. should be here tues.
very nice trade off and why the diamond over the pro? the pro is a lot better of a device and if you are through sprint and want to trade for the diamond ever just let me know and i will willingly make the trade lmao... you will love your new device though for sure......
