Default Re: Verify SPL code please

I read that post, I got to that post from following the links from when I was loading your rom.

I followed the instructions, I redid the flash, now it says
SPL-0.25.C-SSPL - everything else is the same.

I am asking the questions because I flashed your rom onto my handset and had no issues. Did the same thing, same steps to my hubby's handset, and I can't get past the unloader.

Maybe I didn't word the question succinctly enough. Is this a hardware issue? Or a software bug because it's from Asurion?

It's not like I haven't flashed a rom before, or I haven't tried to research the thing, or haven't used the search button.

I don't get it, a noob comes on here with ten posts or less and asks a moronic question and gets 5 people to lay stuff out for them at their feet. I get slammed for asking a question that I had searched for and tried to figure out on my own and honestly doesn't make sense because I am doing the same thing to the same model with the same laptop in the same steps.

Sorry to bother you.

In case it helps anyone else, here's what I found out about the question I asked.

I found the answer over at the other forum on a different page.

Apparently the settings on hubby's handset were different.

Under settings, connections, USB to PC, I had to uncheck the "Enable advanced network functionality" box.

My handset didn't have this issue, it's probably from when he tried to connect to his PC and was playing with the settings.

I thought it was something to do with the setting of the handset, but hadn't found anything because I didn't have a problem with doing mine and I was using the same unlocker and the same rom that I had put on mine.

I ran the unlocker on my handset, followed BigJew's instructions on loading his, and didn't have a problem, that's the only reason I asked the question.
