ok i figured it all out the problem is is that i couldn't down load the 1st file i had to save it to desktop change the name to .zip then i had to rename the white file .rar and it work i have everything running except 1 thing my today screen background color is still black and not the blue color and ideas?
If you installed all the appropriate cabs, you can go to your settings tab and choose wallpaper. When it asks if you want default, click no. It will take you to your picture viewer. You should have three backgrounds in your "My Documents" folder (as stated in instructions). Pick the one you want, and you're good.
