Damn dash... I was just about to say that... all those lil extras, like automatic weather dl, if he got push email, or outlook automatically downloading, and active synce (especially if his time sync is still one) a bunce of tiny lil feature he could search for to cut thhem all of, or just do the block thing as D/\sh suggested (probably the simplest of the two)
