I think I would like to try this ROM as my first venture into flashing ROMs, but I've noticed a few versions of the Mighty ROM and other "hot fixes" ect., so my question is, which files exactly do I have to download and install to get the latest/greatest version and to have this working right with all it's capabilities
Correct, WM6.5 REPLACES WM6.1. And WM6.5 has it's own Today screen features that speak well enough for themselves. So this ROM, DOES NOT have TF3D or TF3D2. All of the previous Mighty ROM versions (4.16 and below) run TF3D with WM6.1. So you can flash to any of them. As far as flashing, read the flashing tutorials, DASH has links on his Siggy.
