That belief of helping ones self by reading and searching is one of the main reasons you are moderator. Overtime you will definitely find that people ask the same questions over and over again without searching and it gets frustrating, we used to actually post links to other threads when people opened new ones that had already been answered. Imagine how annoying it was to do that for every new post that was already answered. It finally came to a point where we would just start get frustrated and basically yell at people for their first post lol,
