Still i totally understand he's a new member and we are trying to build... when i first replied it was kinda fast and move on to the next one... i didnt realize I might have come off as harsh and that isnt my style... we dont want to scare of new members especiallly when theyre looking for help... im still a believer of help oneself by reading and search but us as staff are also here to hlep and point ppl in the right direction.. so my main thing i felt bad for was if i came at him as harsh or uncaring... but its not an issue...at least i dont think...lol

Overtime you will definitely find that people ask the same questions over and over again without searching and it gets frustrating, we used to actually post links to other threads when people opened new ones that had already been answered. Imagine how annoying it was to do that for every new post that was already answered. It finally came to a point where we would just start get frustrated and basically yell at people for their first post lol,
for sure venum it was tough at first with this place due to only us three and all running the whole gig but we realized that we werent getting board activity much and we needed our sections to gerow by being nice to people and getting them to stay here with us at Wckediden...... it took a lot of hard work and a lot of time but by doing that it made Wckediden what it is today with active members, posts on the boards, etc..... we cant forget our roots and flaming sometimes in no troubles if a user continually does it..... but remember when you were a noob? if you asked a question and didnt understand a forum layout and beofre it was explained to you someone lashed out you would say **** this site they arent even helpful.... we got to think of it from a noobs aspect..... thats the way i look at it at least..... you got to keep your customers happy becasue without them you wouldnt have the business or in this case a forum.
