But in any case, every STORE has a policy, for example, exchanges within 7 days and must have original packaging with receipt. I see what you mean, but if we are doing this for FREE (which we are and we LOVE it) the least you can do is follow policy.... so it depends on the question and where it was posted or answered in order to give the best support.... thats just what i think.
right i hear you there but without the users we wouldnt be here and we cant scare them off. thus why we have the infraction system...... no need for auto ban or anything like tht you give them points for their wrong-doings and if they keep doing it they get themselves banned...... we all got our own styles i guess but i feel we will grow at a much more rapid pace if everyone is nice and doesnt flame on the new members right off the bat for the first thing that they do...... but back to topic on this thread and any further discussion of the topic goes into the staff area.
