Go to a website like tinypic.com Once there, it'll be self explanatory...but just choose the file you want to post, then upload the file. You'll get to a screen where it'll give several different options. Copy the info in the box that's marked "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards" Then come to where you want to post and paste that info in there, and that's it. Just submit your reply.
