Sorry for the noob questions.
I say yes, as I use both... pim back up for basic stuff like appts, tasks, contacts, messages, and sashimi for cabs, apps, regiration info, registry settings owner info and xml files, like your email seu up info...

then when i hard reset for flash I run sashimi 1st the pim backup, only b/c sashimi will set up my accounts and such for email, and thenn pim back up will restore all the different saved messages I have in that account
