your phone doesnt have a virus i can guarntee that sicne the only one made was to show it was possible and never released by the developer. but anywasy is the chrom coming off or possibly/most likely chipping on your device? if so that is a fault and they have to give you a new device since they know about the problem with that batch. (one of the first ones from best buy and from sprint) ask to talk to retentions and tell them this is whats up and you have that info in your computers and all i want is a replacement since not only the cosmetics are faulty but the device internals are acting weird and jsut throw in that you went to a repair center but they didnt have replacements in stock and that makes them feel more obligated.... also retentions is where you asre sent when you want to cancel your contract so you get more out of them. this should work and if not hit back up this thread and we will give you some more ideas but this is usually fool proof.
