for the TouchfloVistaWisbar.rar you have to have wisbar advance installed on your phone. That rar just contains the files to skin wisbar (which is an app that replaces your towckedar). Also, your phone profile says that you have the touch pro so this theme and the wisbar theme will not work for your phone because they are sized for wvga and not vga.
