ok just wondering if there is a certain program that i need to open this file i tried resco explorer 2008 and it just shows the attachment and nothing else

-no you don't need any program just extract the file
-move the folder" tony soprano" to your device under program files/throttlelock/skins
-and then go to your throttlelock settings were you can change your pattern and go under "skin" select tony soprano and your golden!!!
