It is a tsk.file when it is on your phone will be a Cab file download and then go to setting and select the theme.
yup or you can take the tsk file and place under start/file explorer/my device/my documents/templates and than choose the theme from start/settings/personal/today.... you can also leave in the root of your storage card and it will show up also.
