"1. go to epst ##3282# and edit/restore. soft reset. (you will need your mrl)Then Soft Reset
2.Go to Start/settings/update profile. soft reset."

When I go into there it says I need an unlock code, where do i get that from, is it through sprint. Can i just call them and ask for it. I'm using a htc touch from sprint.
