Oh, never thought of that. I thought that was just for .rar files and winzip was just for .zip files. I did extract the file from the Download with winrar successfully as you suggested. But I thought this was a CAB we install.
Theres no CAB in there. Its a white Icon of a sheet of paper. I opened it with word pad and its a bunch of this.
