you will be waiting some time becasue they will have many touch pros still in reserve through repairs and all that so you wont be getting the touch pro 2 for a long time..... most of the time it cant be fixed without a new keyboard or device since it is the keyboard and the sensor themselves....... if you press down on the corners while typing you will find the keyboard to work more often...... jsut send it in and with it being a common problem they wont haven any troubles sending you a new device right through tech support since it is in the way the device was made.... (especially if your within 30 days of getting your last device)
