what do you mean the number formats are all messed up?
In my call logs the numbers appear as (XXX) XXX-XXXX for mobiles, whereas in Australia the correct mobile number format as XXXX XXX XXX with or without dashes. I experience the same problem with my incoming calls but thats on S2U2 so wrong thread for that. I had the numbers working fine before I recently upgraded my ROM, window and Mobile Shell.
The local calls appear correctly as (XX) XXXX-XXXX
