yuppers but it can be fixed... go into the settings and under there in the in call area you will see a setting that you can change the format that the number comes through on.... i would make sure that is set right than save it and than soft reset and see what happens. the old ones that are like that already prolly wont change back over so you will have to make a test call from someone elses celly.
