Like I said, I followed the instructions step by step and didn't see an NBF file anywhere.

FYI: I'm running off Windows Vista. Is that the problem?

anyone of those should work. should work just fine on vista... make sure your phone has 50% batt life.... if not... put your phone in bootloader and run the unlocker (hardspl)
