but i just saw that i installed the first rom (tf3d), not the second (manilla tf3d-2)
plus the theme cab is tf4d-2
im guessing thats why it came out weird?
i realize that, but it sounded like you were on the stock rom with the t-mobile flip clock error...... and the lcock wont move... thats built into this rom though so i dont know if it was the 3d, 3d-2 problem or what...... but hard reset and try from scratch with a touchflo 3d theme or flash the touchflo 3d-2 rom and than install your TF3D-2 theme cab file.
