You have to set your wallpaper from the "settings"tab in tf3d. Just click the wallpaper, select "no" then browse to the "My Device" and "My Document" folder. The wallpapers will be there, just choose one.
And the throttle lock theme is attached to the first post. You will, of course, need the actual throttle lock program. Which we also have here, in the WM Applications forum.
I must not be reading you correctly.
I went to start -> settings -> today -> items tab -> clicked on touchflo 3d -> options box doesnt light up.
I've also tried start -> settings -> today -> under appearance tab theres a checkbox that says "Use this picture as the background"
am I in the right place?
Plus I see the throttlelock files to download from you guys, but where do I put them on my phone?
