i dunno, IMO its a mistake in the ad, they might have mixed up 6.5 with 7. i mean, 6.5 is supposed to be released in that time range and that's the only sure upgrade mentioned for this device also there hasn't been any info on WM7 yet if it has even been barely worked on....
I may be wrong but we should not get our hopes up
maybe it will come with 6.5 and later will be upgraded to 7 when it comes out...that's how i would assume it would happen
