you can always say that there is a problem with the keyboard working sometimes and cutting out sometimes...that one is hard to actually prove that it doesn't do what you are saying...and the touch pro is definitely lighter than the mogul but it is just as sturdy in my opinion and as dash said the only minor issue is the chrome but if you get an invisishield you can protect that part easily...I've dropped my touch pro multiple times and nothing has happened to the plastic or anything
