What do these radio packages actually do? What is the point of using them? Are they updates to the radio that is shipped with the device? I guess what I'm trying to ask is, what are these actually used for; what would one hope to achieve by using one of these radios instead of what's already on your device?
well basically think of a radio as your wifi router for your pc...... you get a better router it can be found at a farther distance with a stronger signal.... the radio does the same for you but since it is off of cell towers and all cell towers are in different areas different radios will pick them up better...... in the noth east its the telus radio, for the south and southeast seems to be the sprint radio...... where are you located ast and hope this helps you better understand the concept of a radio.
