To get rid of the ATR Radio splash, you just have to flash a ROM with a default one cooked in. As others have said, I am pretty sure the stock roms have it, if that doesnt work though, its still easy to fix. Just download ppckitchen, and select the proper radio spash screen and cook a bare bare bare ROM. Flash it, then flash stock. You'll be good.
lol... that one way to go... but damn.... thats kinda complicated aint it...lol
he already flash stock, which is weird that it didnt overwrite that splash page, but i still suggest flashing a new/reflashin the same radio... quick and painless in my opinion, since he's already gone stock...
