god i hate that girl...lol...and the both the best buy and my sprint store had working models of the pre on display...the reason there was no line when she went was because we opened 2 hours early for the people that actually cared about it enough to put their email in at palm.com we sold out of them before our store was even supposed to open at 10:00.
