O.K. cool I have watched this 20 times now and still the guy does not tell you how to open files or how to get to them this might be ok for some people but this newbie is missing something I have read the step by step but also does not tell you how to get to files like go to start>programs> and ECT. sorry but I see everything but how is he getting to it? Is it on Device or is it on storage card? It says put nbh file in RUU so I have no NBH file only a rar file. I right click on file to unrar it but does not give me the option to unrar or unzip it.

1. unlock device using unlocker (hardspl) by clicking exe and following steps
2. download starrom or rom of your choice but saw you looking at star
3. using winrar open the folder for star rom
4. go to romupdateutility.exe and double click
5. follow steps on screen
6. remove battery for a minute
7. hard reset
8. enjoy
