Hey guys, new to the site, really diggin' the info. I NEVER post to forums because I hate to be "that guy" that didn't search and locate the info...so I read...I read SO much that wifey gets mad because she says i'm wasting hours staring at the PC--but my marital problems are the least of my concern right now...I am a tech savvy guy...i'm generally pretty mechanically savvy as well...so i'm not necessarily having a problem with the procedure, but with one piece of info that i'm sure if I had it, all this would make sense to me...I still use my mogul(waiting for sprint to GIVE me the pro since the mog'ster is actin' up) and I have two of them. one of them, however, I want to give my son(12, but 5'10) so he can feel ballerific and stunt out like pops--BUT he has metro...I didn't want to say it, because I KNOW the eyes are rolling like "THIS idiot":rolleyes:...anyways, on to my question...the FLASHING process, do I need his old phone's esn to get the mog going on metro, or do I need to contact Metro to add the mog esn to their database or what?--i just foresee pushback from metro on that for some reason--- I mean, if I knew THAT part of the equation, all the leg work will be easy..I just like to make sure I understand things in my mind first, before I do 'em(which explains the novel that I just wrote)..if someone could just make THAT clear to me, then I will take the rest and run--and i'll take the humiliation of being the NOOB that asked a question that's been answered 18 million times!!
