set the device policy tab to use 3.5 and put the picture mail app in the application policy tab to run with 2.0. its located in windows/picturemail.exe type it in just like that

This is an advanced technique to use .net framework 2.0 and 3.5 simultaneously and it is an older technique quite frankly I don't really see the need to use it anymore...just do a search for arcsoft mms, that program works better than sprint pic mail anyways...and I believe that atr already has it cooked in...in messaging hit menu, select new and you should see some options, mms is one of them and that is pic mail
