Hi my mogul has been randomly dieing on me lately, i would turn it on and call someone talk and hang up, then 2 minutes later i would try to turn it back on through the power button because it hibernates or something and it just wont let me, i would have to take out the battery and put it back in, i cant even press the reset button or anything. i dont understand! thank you in advance for any replys!
oh yea, i know the phone is on because i see the lights flashing, but when i try to call it rings but thats it, it doesnt even show up as a missing call when i take out the battery and put it back in.
sounds like you are in need of a hard reset...... back up all your contacts and the other important things using an app like pimbackup and see if that clears up the issues for you than do your hard reset.
