Yes, I appled the "topaz_comm_manager.cab" and when I use the file explorer to scroll to "Device/Windows/" I see two items, one says WMplayer the other says wmplayer and has the media player pic next to it (that's the .exe file I think), I'm not sure which one I copy and past to the "Start Menu/Programs" folder.

OK, well, IDK what happened, but the comm manager problems seems to have fixed itself, so now that issue is solved.
