yes call them back and tell them that you want them to look up your esn number and see if it is on the recalled list for the device.... that just happened to me with mine from 2 months before release and they gave me no troubles with it... if they do tell them that you want to talk to retentions.

yeah especially if they from that 1st november batch when the tp was released... but some time they try to be slick n get u if u dont know, so be clear that u know its a recalled device and a replacement is owed to u... i have one that i havent replace yet... just waitin on it to become more defect... that way ill take it in, and instead of listing all the complaints, and them tellin me to pay ins fee... ill be able to say...1st batch defected chrome... u owe me a new one....lol!
