WARNING: This overwrites your original cpr file and bronzeres.dll, so make a backup. I won't be responsible if anything goes wrong.
Installation:
1) Disable Titanium (Go to Settings>Today>Items and uncheck Windows Default)
2) Uninstall any previous versions of ATContacts andTitanium weather and Install my modified cab files for ATContacts and TitaniumWeather attached below (greatbal_ATContacts v0.98.CAB and greatbal_TitaniumWeather_QVGA.cab).
3) Install any other supported panels as necessary.
4) Install greatbal Titanium Shadow Neo Skin.cab (install all cab files in phone memory). You should restart device if prompted.
5) Enable Titanium in Settings.
