It is confirmed I only get messages from friends that are on the sprint network. I had 3 other friends on at&t, Altell, verizion and all can't text me. but every last person that text me from sprint it works.
You should relock it, you can call customer service but they'll tell you to bring it to a sprint store for repair, so just head to the sprint store, they'll try to make you pay if you don't have insurance, politely say you won't pay more money for something that was originally priced at over $500, insist that you've already spent a lot of money on the phone, luckily they'll tell you that they will replace it for free(actually they'll make you pay, and then credit it back to you account immediately)
