Did you install any new dialers??? Im able to access it always, untill i intalled the new tachi dialer. but there are epst apps u can use that will do it regardless of the dialer.
I didn't check I'm pretty sure whats on this rom isn't a stock dialer him, do you know the names of any of the apps that edit them I've searched a bit and havn't had luck other then the fix for the ##codes which didn't do the trick.
