ok, I know this may be a stupid question, but since this ROM uses the reqular TF3D, will I need to DL a TF3D customizer app or does this come with it, to be able to import TF3D themes and such? or is it the same with the rodium where u just install the theme cab and it's there?
most are cab files but some are theme files.... heres the tool ofr the .theme files:
