Umm, who's your internet provider?? Most of them have free site tools. Other places like godaddy and stuff like that will practically build it for you.
Do a google search for other companies like yours and see what their pages look like. That will give you a better idea of what you want yours to look like.
You want one page, or a main page and links to manufacturers? How about a photo gallery of your work?
At the bottom of most commercial pages, it will say who the developer is or what it's "powered" by or something like that. That information will help you narrow down what you are looking for too.
Before you go designing a site, you might want to first figure out who is going to host it and then how much you're going to pay for it a month/year. There are some hosting sites that are free.
If you're going to have lots of pics on the site, you need someone with a pretty good server or customers will get irritated waiting for your site to load.
If you decide to pay someone to do it, you should really check out their other sites to see what kind of work they do. One of the guys on this site (Wckediden) does web design and stuff too, I'll point him in your direction.
