you're referring, when you trying to connect to net the connection thingy pops up right? well there's a small box checked that and save, you'll be cool from there.
Or go to connections and to the modem under my isp make sure there's a #777.Because i had to create one for this rom.

and the only options in the ballon are settings and hide.
I can't rightly remember where the option is to turn that off myself.
yup thats what i was talking about and I definitely just had a mental lapse...i just had to go into sounds and notifications and uncheck "show notification on screen" thanks for the help guys
