Im a “Creative Problem Solver.” Or Social Engineering Specialist, which puts food on the table. I also have the joy (sarcasm) of being a midlevel admin at work, kinda like a hands on help desk and trainer for computers as well.
I was in the 6th grade when Texas Instruments produced the first computer for schools. Then it was on to the Apple IIE, IIGS, programming in Pascal…..yea Im old. Then fast forward to Nextel. I had most of the “Newerâà ¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚ phones the i85, i95, i860, i930. I used R$$ and other Motorola programs to download the settings on my phone and play with the downloads. I also used cool edit pro to make ringtones. Most of you know cool edit as Adobe Audition.

Way back in the day, 2002, I bought a referbed iPaq, which I still have BTW. And as I looked at my phone, I wished I could cram the phone and iPaq together, then Id have the perfect phone. I learned a long time ago I needed to write $h*t down and I used the iPaq to keep my schedule in.

After two days with my i930, I grew tired of the screen and wanted to customize it. I taught myself xml because I did not like the stock homescreens and themes. I wanted to customize the homescreen and make themes I liked. After MANY long hours and MANY failures I finally learned enough to get things to the way I wanted. One day I posted one of my themes on nextelmodz. I met mof, former owner of smartmodz, later I was a mod and smod on smartmodz, where I continued to modify and tweak my phone. Eventually I switched to Sprint and got a motoq. Again, I grew tired of the stock themes in a week, and off to modifying again. Oh and during this time Ive been making ringtones too.

I got a Mogul shortly after its release and started customizing. Ive forgotten how many wallpapers Ive made for the Mogul. More long hours of moding and tweaking.

So, to feed my addiction for new technology, which is more like a neurotic trait, I got a TP when it was first released, and have been flashing and tweaking like a madman.
