I have beams off, the phone is on standby until I get a text. I reply, then I turn the screen off again.
I set the data connection to disconnect after a minute.

My clock auto-syncs I think. I'm not sure how to turn that off.
I set the polling of the battery to be once every 30 seconds I think.
When I check my battery with NuePower's battery thing, it says that it's using 166mA
i do the same as you and i get atleast 2 days charge... and basically i call a lot and send hella text... but i just make sure i turn off phone right after each use... well put on standby... but try soft reset or reflashing... if you go through the phone in a day it may be because of reception also... and that's nothing you can change... also roaming may effect it also...
