that would depend, who is our carrier or what type of phone do you have, AT&T (GSM) or Sprint (CDMA)?
you can't install the gsm rom on cdma and vise versa, it will brick your phone.
if you have sprint, check out the sss rom. TF3D2 and as well as other goodies.
