weather panel? why not just use the weather built into the touchflo or the titanium? what ui are you using? do you need that program for sure? did you hard reset after flash and take the battery out?
it's all good. i found where there was server problems that had been corrected.
the reason for using it is:
1) titanium only allows one city, which blows.
2) while touchflo allows more than one city (i do use it), the data is very limited. weather panel gives much more detailed info about weather patterns, humidity, moon phases, etc., of any given city for up to 10 days.
so. don't knock it 'till you try it, sir.
