so im trying out all these roms.. and idk.. im not too satisfied.. i see on freeware pocket pc there are programs to help to create themes... has anyone tried them?... they say windows 5.0 and earlier but don't know if it'll help to create your own theme... i know i cannot ever create a rom unless i get fired from my job god forbid... but wat about themes.. i got ideas.. anyone reccomend a program or somekind of like program creator?... or any info will help...
