Good afternoon Instinct users. I am sure there are very few on this site, but just wanted to give you guys a heads up for those of you that do have one or for the others of you that work for Sprint and may have customers with the On Demand Apps freezing up.
Of course I hope you try to sell them on the idea of an S30 first, but assuming you need the fix, please open the Instinct web browser (not opera) and visit the following link. The phone will automatically download the fix, and the customer will have to reinput there info for the apps, (name, location, etc) but it will certianly fix it.
