Of course I hope you try to sell them on the idea of an S30 first, but assuming you need the fix, please open the Instinct web browser (not opera) and visit the following link. The phone will automatically download the fix, and the customer will have to reinput there info for the apps, (name, location, etc) but it will certianly fix it.

Sweet nice that you posted this. I actually have a couple threads on Instinct fixes on here. This should be moved to tutorials tho. There aren't many Instinct users on here, but a bunch of people have friends that have em so yeah it's always a good idea to post info like this for all devices just in case. Yeah if you could post those up and links that would be great I Manage a Sprint store so I know plenty of people plus my boys gf has an Instinct. Nice to see ya back on the site, hope everything is ok with you husband and all now! ttyl
