*Fixed Manila programs last 2 rows
*Reverted to 3 column programs menu (Manila)
*Fixed contact card photo selection
*Glossy Manila tabs
*Added scroll wheel support in Contacts and CallLog
*Fixed bluetooth icon not showing when bluetooth is enabled
*NewContact card now works properly (shows popup)
*Added HTC Menu Enhancement
