well i reflashed it and hard reset and took the battery out....and it still resets after getting to the today screen.....

got it back to the stock rom...that i found on HTC.com. and now my phone is workin fine. so now i will try this again. i know what i'm doin now....lol ...thanks for all the help guys
sounds like you had an outdated radio aka pre gps radio and thats why the reset loop...... could that be possible?
