okay... ill take a carck at this one... if im reading your question u want to change the operator name on your screen from sprint to something of your choosing? for that youll need a program called "OPMON" you can find that here with a quick "search" and itll come right up... make sure to read through the thread to find the answers on how to set it up appropriatly
the second part of your question concerns changing the text of the "Start menu" from " start" to something else? we have apps and a specific request thread on this site which will set u up on how to do that... just do a search on "start menu" or start text" or some similar search term and itll pop up just as easy.... and youll be good to go from there!
