I go by the alias soulsultan, I am part of the Sprint race, my mobile device of choice at the moment is an HTC Touch Pro. I say device of choice at the moment because I go through phones faster than babies go through diapers (it's sad really, I need help... Seriously.)
I live in sunny Florida where you can lose weight just by stepping outside to get your mail, the heat here is no joke. We have winter 3 days out of the year, and by winter I mean 30 degrees.
I worked for Sprint as a corporate employee for about 3 1/2 years before I was laid off (the
*expletive* BASTURDS!!!!:euiau:!)
But all is not lost future Soulsultan amigos! I now work for a Sprint Authorized dealear, where I am now privy to all kinds of unadultered shadiness!! :viannen_64:
Anyways enough about me, lets move on to more about me and my new addiction.
Soooooo I finally mustered up the courage to (gasp) unlock my phone and (dare I say it) flash a custom ROM onto my Pro. Coming from Sprint world you have no idea how much of a nono that is. Major frowns from the higher ups on that kind of stuff (but they screwed me so screw them).
Now I'm freaking addicted to this crap! I went to sleep at 6 friggin AM!! This is worse than crack (not that I know anything about that). I began indulging in my innocent experiement two days ago and I'm already hooked. My wife is already gettin irritated at me. I can feel my skin becoming translucent as I recoil from sunlight these last few days.
I learned how to flash ROMS over at ppcgeeks *looks left, then right in hopes that that site isn't tabboo around here*. Pathetically, I've been combing youtube in search of walkthroughs of other ROM installs and tweaks, which is how I came across this video.
When I say "came across this video" I mean it litterally..... That video brough me here. So... Here I am.... I told you this would be awkward....
Also, you don't have to worry about me flooding the boards with usless questions without searchin first. I'm new to this forum, but not new to the forum world so I know the drill. You probably won't hear much from me. I like to lurk.
